  This guys are really awesome! I had my i3 laptop working too slow and they just fixed up in 2 hours and works like an i7. Very helpful and highly recommended.

  I took my laptop here to try and get some work done quicker as I needed my laptop for work/Uni. My laptop had already had an assessment at a computer store but it would take 4-6 weeks to get parts. I contacted Innovative computer solutions to see if I could get it done quicker and advised them my laptop had fallen from a height, the screen was smashed and the fan was faulty. I was recommended to bring it in for an assessment. Michael advised me he could grease the fan to help with the performance, to prevent the laptop from overheating and I was quoted $20. I left my laptop with Michael for the day and when I went to pick it up, was advised there was no charge for the service because it had been quite an ordeal for him. After having a look at my laptop, it had not been put back together properly: screws were missing from the base of it, and, the laptop had an indent with paint missing near the power button. I took the laptop back to the other computer store who had assessed my laptop. They confirmed that the laptop had been dropped a second time, they also had not put the screws back into the base. I have since had my screen replaced and the faulty fan fixed. I will never be going back to this computer store again because Michael couldn't own up to dropping my laptop. If you have a laptop that is already damaged, take it somewhere else.

  I sent in my HP laptop for a repair as it was unbearably slow. The team at Innovative Computer Solutions - Mayfield repaired it quickly and now it performs better than it did when it was brand new. Very satisfied with the level of service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Some of the best customer service I've ever received came from this place. We contacted IC solutions to have a server built, and they made recommendations regarding hardware and configuration and built it in no time.
  
  We were grateful to have Dan's cooperation with our build, and he came through with solutions for any issues we had ASAP.
  
  Their pricing was very reasonable, and the icing on the cake is the clean build and tidy cable management.
  
  Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this place.

  I cant thank the guys enough for saving my wife's laptop. Our 3 year old knocked over Mummy's red drink (Cab Sav) directly over the keyboard. The team at IC-Solutions told me rush it down and had it cleaned up and working in record time!
