- Robert Dussey Added February 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am an extremely disappointed customer of France family funerals. I attend a funeral with this company about 14 months ago. It was my sister who had deceased due to personal reasons and we arranged the funeral with France Family Funerals, I will never make this decision again.
The staff showed a complete an utter disrespect to my family who is a handicapped lady, we informed the company that we will need handicapped support but they didn't provide Andy support in transporting her around the location and making it a handicapped environment.
The staff continued to be swearing in the conversations with one another at a high volume around the children.
I will never trust these people again.
