- Elspeth Fenwick Added October 07, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Partner ordered some pizzas for dinner and mine had to be gf. We waited close to 30mins past the ETA for the pizzas and when we sat down to eat we discovered mine was not gf. My partner called and spoke to the manager to request the correct pizza to be delivered. He apologized and said there would be another one at our house in 20-30mins. An hour later there was still no pizza so I called to see if we were actually getting one. He said yes and that it should be arriving soon (I live 10mins away from shop). Close to 30mins pasted before it actually arrived cold. If they were short staffed and not able to get it delivered on time they should have informed me so I could have arranged something else for dinner. Very poor customer service and probably won't be going there again.
